Professor Kathleen Bowmer and her associates provide independent academic and scientific advice on water quality, water policy and the management of our water resources. They work from the premise that water is central to sustainable development, responsible growth, regional employment and reducing poverty. It is a resource to be shared and managed equitably across all sectors of the community, government and business. The issues are complex and Prof. Bowmer and her team bring expert scientific knowledge, first-hand awareness of the policy agenda and strong negotiation skills to their work.
